Well, I'll start by saying that I am a huge fan of all your photography, and I can only aspire to be this good someday! However, critiques are nice if not just to get detailed opinions since I really can't offer much professional advice, so here goes.

Vision: You did a great job here. I love how you used the river to point straight direction of the photo. It's almost like a road, with all the lush scenery to gaze at on the sides. I also like how you were able to capture both the near and far in great detail.

Originality: Honestly, it's hard to call anything completely original. I'd say your photo is very creative, and it definitely does not lack originality. However, I have seen several nature photos with similar themes and similar backdrops. This one does stand out, though, because it has such a high level of composition.

Technique: All I have to say here is.....Wow! Perfect! You do all the right things to make your photos beautiful, and this is no exception. The composition and focus are top-notch, and you did a great job in capturing the lush color. I can see nothing wrong with it. In fact, if you ever have time to message me, I'd love to hear how you are able to create such beautiful water scenes that look like they are really moving! With an 8 year-old Kodak Easyshare digital camera as my only photographing tool, I rely heavily on programs like Photoshop, but I'd love to find ways to improve my techniques both at taking photos and at photoshopping.

Impact: Gorgeous, stunning, colorful, lush, real! These were my first impressions when seeing this photo. I'd say the impact is terrific!

Overall, this is a really fine photo. I could definitely see it used on calendars and postcards, it seems very professional. You are a great photographer. Keep it up! And, I hope this helps, at least a little!
