I don't know why you even request a critique on this picture. It's perfect! The composition ist great which makes it very dynamic. The colors are awesome! They are not too saturated and not too little saturated just the right balance. You also achieved a very good contrast between the dark, grey clouds and mointains and the colorful landscape.
Also technically the picture is just great. It's sharp, it's not over- or underexposured and there is no noise due to ISO. Not even in the clouds where you usually find at least a bit of noise.
I'm really not somebody who writes just positive stuff about pictures because I'm very critical when it comes to my own pictures but I can't find anything negative in yours.
